One of the most popular spots is Dzika Plaża (Wild Beach) in Nieporęt, with a wide beach, green areas, footpaths, a playground and a pier. Yes. The Zegrze Reservoir is a popular place for sailing and other water sports. There are marinas and sailing harbours in the area, as well as plenty of spots for recreation by the water – see waterside recreation. Before your trip, check the availability of the services you are interested in and the current rules for using the facilities.

There is an extensive network of cycling trails in and around the municipality. The main ones are:

• Liwiec Route – marked in blue, 8.7 km long;
• Narew Route – marked in red, with sections of 8.5 km and 16.5 km;
• Nieporęt Trail – marked in yellow, 42.4 km long;
• Southern Trail – marked in green, 58.7 km long.

Yes. The municipality offers walking trails through forests, nature areas and the surroundings of the Zegrze Reservoir. You can choose shorter walks or longer trails for those who enjoy an active break – and don’t miss the themed trails. Check the route before you set off.

You can drive to Nieporęt Municipality via national road 61 and regional roads 631, 632 and 633. Public transport is also available, including buses and trains. There are free car parks in the municipality, including at the railway stations in Nieporęt and Zegrze Południowe. Visitors to Dzika Plaża (Wild Beach) can use the paid car park next to the beach or the free municipal car park a few hundred metres further on, behind the Cicha Woda restaurant.
